Cold Feet?! How to start doing what you love and get past the fear!

Hey guys! So, I know all too well what it feels like to get “cold feet” when you start a business! I mean, come on! It can be scary to start anything new - you are letting everyone inside your little universe and no longer invisible!
This can be overwhelming, and you start making up excuses that make you STOP moving forward!
One of the main reasons I kept moving forward in my business even though I would have small panic attacks right before I would send ANYTHING out to the world, was remembering why I decided to do this in the first place.
That is really the most important reason!
Understanding your reason and looking back at the list of goals or dreams you originally wrote down is always critical to your success (and if you have not done this - do it now!). Your goals and dreams are REAL, and they are IMPORTANT! Do not allow fear to get in the way of what you wanted to do, so going back to that list is all a part of your success.
SO, HOW DO WE DO TO GET PAST THIS FEAR, YOU ASK?
Great question!
The thing is… you push past it and just do it. Getting over that hump can be so hard. In fact, that could be the scariest thing to do. However, once you do, you get that feeling of relief! You say to yourself,
I got it out there!
You literally have to just keep going no matter how scary it may feel. Once you start doing it over and over, your fear starts to slowly go away. You stop procrastinating and you make it part of your goal each day to do something. Whether it be writing a blog post, adding pins to Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, etc., or creating a quick Youtube video. No matter which one you choose, you do it.
I know. That can’t be the answer. But it is! The fear you have is in your head - it is the thought of failure, judgement from others, and even success! (Read my blog on “The 3 Biggest Reasons Beginners Fail in Business.”)
Beginners and small businesses sadly tend to fail because of those 3 fears right there. Fear of Failure, Judgement, and Success. To get past that is pushing through it all and getting to the other side - not only through the fear, but through the mistakes, the failures, the frustration, and stress. But now that you know these 3 fears, you can remind yourself why you started this and think about all that you put into all of this.
YOU DID NOT DO ALL OF THIS JUST TO STOP!
If you start like you are getting to this point, you can find courses and instructors to show you how to get past whatever it is that you need help with! In fact, it is so easy to get the help you need to push you to your end goal, and you should take advantage of every single one!
