To the Mom who feels like a failure… You’re doing better than you think!

Thoughts of Failure…

We all get those feelings and find ourselves in the middle of friends and family and still feel alone.

As a mom, it's easy to get caught up in the daily grind of taking care of your family and lose sight of all the amazing things you're doing. It's important to remember that being a parent is one of the toughest jobs out there, and it's completely normal to feel like a failure sometimes.

But you have to remind yourself - you're not alone. Every mom has moments of self-doubt and insecurity. It's okay to reach out to friends or family for support, or to seek out outside help such as a therapist.

Although it is hard to see it, you're doing the best you can and there's no such thing as a perfect parent! Remember to give yourself credit for all the things you're doing right, no matter how small they may seem. Celebrate the little things and seriously - get overjoyed by it!

Another thing I want to make very clear… Your kids love you. Even when you feel like you're failing, your kids still love you unconditionally. They appreciate all the hard work you do for them, even if they don't always show it. To me, this is so important to know and understand.

Struggle...

From my own experience, I made a decision to build my business and go for my dreams, and unfortunately, I got into a mess with the agent that took advantage of my family. It was such a huge mess that no matter what I did, it was not enough to fix it. Since it was my decision - and I could not fix it - Not only did I feel like a failure, I felt like a horrible mom.

Due to my decision, the cost of my mistake was too much - and I put my family in a position that made life so much harder. I felt alone. I felt like I wouldnt be able to get us out of it.

But what I want you to get out of this is that this mistake - this failure - was only a temporary situation and it does get better. Now, it took me a long, and hard couple of years, but it did get better. And although I felt like I failed as a mother, my kids and my husband let me know how proud they were of me - keeping me encouraged and motivated to keep going.

So, for all the moms that feel like they are not making it out there - or feel like they failed as a mom - or think that they are alone in this crazy world…

You are not!

It's common to experience feelings of self-doubt, but it's important to remember that you are doing your best. Remember, being a mom is a tough job, but you are capable and doing a great job.

Recharge...

It's also important to remember that while being a mom is incredibly rewarding, it can also be challenging at times. That's why it's crucial to prioritize self-care to help you recharge and be the best mom you can be. Here are some additional tips to help you navigate motherhood with confidence:

Practice mindfulness:

Take a few moments each day to focus on your breath and be present in the moment. This can help you feel more centered and calm, even during stressful times.

Find a support system:

Connecting with other moms can be incredibly helpful. Not only can you share experiences and advice, but you can also provide each other with emotional support when needed.

Embrace imperfection:

It's easy to feel like you need to be the perfect mom, but the truth is that we all make mistakes. Give yourself permission to be imperfect and remember that it's okay to ask for help when you need it.

Celebrate small successes:

Motherhood is full of little victories, whether it's getting your baby to sleep through the night or successfully potty training your toddler. Take time to celebrate these successes and give yourself credit for all that you do.

You have to take time for self-care, connect with other moms, give yourself permission to make mistakes, and celebrate your successes. You are doing great, but to keep your head above water and to filter out all the unnecessary stuff that you feel and think, remind yourself to take care of YOU and do what you need to remember that…

YOU

Are doing Great!
